“A tribe is a group of people connected to one another, connected to a leader, and connected to an idea. For millions of years, human beings have been part of one tribe or another. A group needs only two things to be a tribe: a shared interest and a way to communicate.”
Many people overcomplicate what it takes to start a tribe. As from the quote, you only need a shared interest and away of communicating. Many people don’t want the headache of having to lead a tribe. Your Family is technically a tribe, and you may not want to start one. But you can do many things with a Tribe that you can’t do on your own.
That’s why I recommend building a small tribe at first, just pick a shared interest to rally around. The support and help they offer can get you out of your head and into a mindset of success. Because if you are left to your own devices. Your brain will just loop into an inability to pull yourself out of your Brain sink.
