Ai is really just a Tool

Like the Internet was and Books before that

Back in when the Internet was just starting to grow, many didn’t want to be a part of it. Some, of course embraced it. What was really odd was every age of the people who embraced the Internet was different. My Grandpa, My Dad and me as a kid all embraced the internet for different reasons back in the Early to mid 90’s

My Grandpa found it fun to email a letter out to all his children and grandchildren. Most of them lived in other states, so he loved sending funny jokes and updates to what was going on in his life. My dad loved researching plants and listening to music, as he owned his own landscaping business and probably would have been a musician if he wasn’t doing that 8 hours a day.

I, as a kid, loved learning about Video Games and Cultures and Technology in general. I was obsessed with finding out everything I could about a subject I discovered. I was browsing memes before anyone knew what a meme was.

Ai is just another Tool on the path of Self Discovery, albeit it a faster, more efficient one. Will it take your Job? Probably not, but it might replace it when you’ve moved on from your current position. But Tools don’t run the world, People do. And I sure as heck don’t see that changing anytime soon.
