Ai should give you more time to Socialize

If it's allowing you to sluff off companionship, you're doing it wrong

We are the most connected species to ever walk this earth, but we are also the loneliest. 30% of Americans between age 18-34 said they were lonely everyday or several days a week. Many people (Mostly Ai Companies) think the answer lies in Ai Chatbots to keep you company. I’m sure this is all going to go swell. Social Media made us more Social, right? Why wouldn’t Robot Friends work as well?

Human Connection is what drives us. It causes competition, it causes us to give of ourselves, it brings out the best of us (and sometimes the worst of us, in War and Racism). But we can’t ignore how much we need each other to survive. So before you queue up that chatbot because you need a friend to talk to, how bout you text a real life friend first and see if they’d be willing to chat or go to lunch?

Ai is going to change the world, but what it won’t change is the necessary relationships we need with the people we love and depend on.
