One of the best advice I can give about progression and overcoming resistance is that when you face criticism, whether external or internal is to recognize where it comes from. Most of the time when you’re facing a problem, the real resistance is mostly internal.
If something goes wrong, the world moves on. But our psyches like to dwell on things forever. What is one small problem can become a lasting problem you think of with regret for the rest of your life. The only way to overcome it is to let go of everything connected with it. Forgiving yourself is the first step to making problems like these disappear.
