I’m all for trying new ways to work, but I think a lot of us are looking for quick fixes in our Careers, when the answer is just “Work Less, be Present More”. Where you spend your time, your heart will be also. If you spend all your time working and never giving any time to your kids or spouse, then you’ll end up loving work more than you love them. It’s just where your brain is and goes by default.
Try to prioritize your life and never say you don’t have time for the things that matter, It’s the worst thing you can tell yourself.
