2 Way Communication is important. Some of the worst Leader’s I’ve worked with always had an air of “I’m Telling You” rather than “I’m listening, let’s work with this together”. What most people don’t realize is to really be a leader, you have to listen. Sometimes it’s not even about actually acting on what they are telling you is the solution to the problem, it can be as simple they want to be seen and heard.
Well if you run a Business, you are the leader of your customers. You help them, you listen to them, and you offer what you can offer to solve their problems. This works this way for being a Parent, a Spouse, and an Employee. If you don’t take responsibility for them, they will leave you. Just like no one likes a bad boss, no one likes a know-it-all who doesn’t listen to others.
