“Introverted” doesn’t mean silent; it means active in the inner world.”
If an extrovert really knew what was going on inside the head of introvert, they’d be 1) Scared and 2) Extremely Overwhelmed.
But even when an Introvert enjoys the inside of their mind, stay too long and eventually they lose touch with reality. They start making up scenarios and relationships not based in any reality.
The only way for Introverts to thrive is be around other people. To get feedback from them, to help them, to care for them. Otherwise, they devolve into self-centered drones that focus everything on themselves and nothing else.
So go do something with other people. Your brain will thank you, at least after you get over the initial “Ugh, don’t make me do this again, I’d rather read a book” phase of working with other people.
