Everything you do Plants a Seed
Whether it grows into anything isn't entirely up to you
A key concept I try to live my life by is “The Law of the Harvest". It’s interesting because not a lot of us even grow things anymore, when before the 1900’s, 90% of the population were farmers by trade. Back then, it was understood that hard work and taking care of your crops and your farm were the 2 most important things to make sure you don’t starve to death.
But the Law can have a relation to today’s work as well. Whatever your goal is, if you don’t plant the seed and nurture it, then you’ll never reap the reward. This could be with starting a business, it could be with being part of a community, it could even have to do with losing weight or finding a date!
If you do the work, and focus your attention on nurturing your relationships, you’ll have others who care about you in your life. You’ll have clients who give you money for your services. If you plant the seed in your own mind of positive outcomes, your mind will think about how to make them come true.
It also works the other way, if all you plant are bad seeds, in bad places, then you’ll just get bad things back. We all reap what we sow. So make sure you’re working hard now to build a future harvest for when you need it later.
Until Tomorrow,
