How Self-Reflection Transforms Negative Emotions into Positive Ones

We all have negative thoughts, sometimes, if you’re like me, you have way more than others. The Brain hates the fear of loss more than the joy of winning. So it will do anything, including keeping you in a bad mood, to avoid even trying something new. It just doesn’t understand why you should risk anything useful, your time, your labor, your peace of mind. It just wants you to be safe and never do anything in which you might lose.

But if you take those negative experiences, write them down and analyze them, you’ll find that they weren’t really all the bad to begin with. The problem is if we don’t right them down, they just circle in our head for the rest of time, causing negative reinforcement.

So I’d suggest you journal as much as you can, especially if you are having a difficult time in your life right now. The reflection will help solve the problem more than just overthinking about your problems in your head.

Until Tomorrow,
