“Most people overestimate what they can do in one year and underestimate what they can do in ten years.” -Bill Gates
There’s a lot of advice out there about how to achieve your goals. It’s all very affirmational. We all want to reach our goals. Business is mostly helping others achieve their goals with software, help or even just doing the task for them for payment. While it’s good to have small goals so you might have an easier time achieving them, the amount of compound growth gets minimized if you make them too small. Consistency is important, but if you’re consistently stingy with your goals, your growth will stagnate.
Always be finding bigger and bigger goals you want to accomplish. By doing this, you’ll not only be progressing, but thriving in your life. The quick wins you design your small goals for might work for motivation, but eventually you’ll get bored if the goal isn’t big enough.
Don’t underestimate what you can do in decade. Go Big or Go Home!
Until Tomorrow,
