We set goals all the time, some are trivial, like “make it to the store today”, but some are important to us, like “reading in a book each day”. The big goals that you want to accomplish need to have a purpose behind them, and you need to know that purpose beforehand. You don’t need to know the entire future, but the point is that without defining the motivation you’ll need to reach that goal, you probably won’t reach it.
If you have an idea beforehand of how you’re going to reach that goal, specifically what habits you’ll need to adopt in order to complete that goal, you’ll be infinitely more prepared and way more successful than just winging it.
Set your Goals with a specific purpose, then find your way to reaching your goal.
Until Tomorrow,
