Personal Development is just that, Personal
You may have help, but only you can do it
Many people think the Self-Help Industry is full of shysters and crooks, and well they are probably right. But what most don’t realize is that no matter how many courses you buy, how many books you read, how many Youtube Shorts you view on the subject of self help, it always starts with you. If the content did not help you start and change something about yourself, it is in fact useless.
This is all because of one simple outcome, you are responsible for your own growth. Only you can assess where you are and who you want to become. No one can do the work for you. Others can guide you along the way, others can give you the example to look up to, but you got to do the work, you got to put in those reps. If you stop too early, you’ll want to blame yourcoach, or your genetics, or that one guy on TikTok that you think gave the wrong advice, but in the end, you’ll never change unless you take responsibility for yourself.
So find out what works for you, and you can only do that by trying different thing, if after a week you see no progress, try something different until you find your groove in improving whatever you are focused on, your health, your intelligence, even your skills. If you want to know the fastest way to skill up in things, it’s teaching others how to do it.
Until Tomorrow,
