“People generally prefer problem-avoidance and problem-containment to problem-solving.” -Richard Susskind (The Future of Professions)
We solve problems everyday. We also procrastinate and ignore problems all day as well. sometimes we even turn our back on them and let someone else deal with them. But Business is nothing but solving problems for other people.
Are you Hungry and don’t want to cook? McDonald’s will feed you anytime, anywhere.
Do you need a Coffee and forgot to make one before you left for work? Starbucks is there for you.
Forgot to do your Taxes and its April 15th, H & R Block is open til’ midnight on Tax Day.
Business is all about solving problems, so you might as well pick the problems you like solving. You’ll have a much better chance of succeeding in Business if you decide to solve the problems that are meaningful to you and that you are actually good at solving.
