Self-Honesty is the real Hack to figuring things out
If you're not honest with yourself, how can you be honest with others?
There’s a weird practice you can do to make sure you’re always humble. Marcus Aurelius had an assistant as he walked through the Roman Town Squares. Everytime Marcus was praised, it was the job of his assistant to whisper in his ear, “You’re Just a Man! You will die someday!”.
You can do something like this too. Write One Insecurity everyday and put it on a post-it note on your mirror you look at every morning. It will remind you that we’re human, and that the path to success is not to judge yourself too harshly, but to remember to do a little bit better everyday.
Until Tomorrow,
