“If you can´t tell me what you'd like to be happening, you don't have a problem yet. You're just complaining. A problem only exists if there is a difference between what is actually happening and what you desire to be happening.” -Ken Blanchard (The One Minute Manager)

Problems come and go, but some last forever just because you don’t know how to solve it and don’t REALLY don’t know how to figure out how to solve it.

If you have a problem that seems insurmountable, look to others who’ve solved the problem already, evaluate the situation they were in when they solved it and see if you can apply the solution to what you’re doing.

But what you shouldn’t do is overthink the solution and never actually try to solve it. Ruminating on solutions is never the answer, at least that is longer than necessary.
