Why so many people fail to build an Audience
There once was a guy who posted on social media everyday. He tried his hardest to be consistent, but he never got anywhere. Day in and Day out he would still try. One day, he got noticed by his hero, and he knew at that exact moment what to do, what he’d always been doing. Posting and trying to connect with his audience.
There was another guy, who one of the first random videos he made went insanely viral. He gained tons of followers, subscribers and was able to monetize his channel. Sadly though, the Audience didn’t care what he was into, just that they liked that one video. He kept trying to remix that one video, but it never hit hard enough for him to do anything with because it wasn’t who he was or what he was about. It was just some lottery ticket he won, and like most lottery winners, they lost it all immediately.
If you want to build a career as a creator, the better way is following the 1st option. You need to be ready yourself to do what’s needed to keep viral momentum going. If you win it like a lottery ticket, which few do, then you will be ill-prepared and will “spend” your karma way to early and will fizzle out.
