Ok here’s what I want you to do, especially if you’re feeling like you haven’t accomplished enough recently. Grab a Notebook, start with the year you were born, write that year down and just list all your accomplishments for that year (Year One will probably be crawling, walking etc. Do this for every year up to now, 2025.
What you’ll find after doing this is that you forgot a lot of what you’ve accomplished over the years. We as humans only think of what’s next, and when we look into our past, we mostly focus on our mistakes and failures. But by focusing on our past achievements, we’ll see that we’ve had lots of successes in our life.
This can act as fuel for what’s next, as long as we’re reminded about the good things we’ve done in our life up till this point as much as we tend to focus on our failures.
Until Tomorrow,
Jason Ziebarth
