There are 2 types of Work: One that gives you energy and 1 that drains your energy
Which one are you involved in most of the day?
Many people suffer at work. You can totally tell which one they are. They are the ones who are grumpy all the time, have short tempers and complain whenever you ask them to do something work related. Some of them might be a little less obvious about it, but you can still tell, it’s hard to repress those feelings for 8 hours a day, they’ll slip up somewhere.
But you might meet a person at work who is very happy, very positive, and very good at what they do. They attract the right mindset to get the work done and done well.
So I have to ask you, in your current job, which one are you? And your the less desirable one, what should you do to fix it?
