Taking Action is trying to change your life. You build the skills needed and actually look at the successful lives of others and try and mimic everything they do. The author also talks a lot about the subconscious, which he goes on to say that by telling yourself everyday when you wake up and every night when you go to sleep that you WILL reach your goals, it will become so ingrained in your brain that you will just automatically do the things necessary to achieve that success.
