Whenever I look at someone’s life with how they interact with other people online, I can usually deduce pretty easily what’s going on in there life at that moment. I can pretty much tell the number one thing they hate about themselves. I can tell if they are broke or fat or sick or tired or bored or frustrated. I’m an observer of human behavior. I’ve been doing it since Pre-School.
I always think to myself, what would be the one thing that they could do to make whatever there most mad about go away. I always come back to the same answer: Make Progress Somewhere, Anywhere, just the littlest bit.
If they could make progress on their main goal, just a tiny bit, they could see that their goal is actually possible. The motivation will compound for them to keep going. Whether they need to lose a couple pounds or a couple hundred, whether they need a better job or spend more time doing better hobbies. It’s always possible when you make some sort of progress.
The problem is it’s always hardest at the start. They don’t want to pay for a subscription that would give them the info needed to help better their Career, but they won’t give a second thought on buying that cheeseburger. They won’t go out and meet girls organically, but they’ll swipe right on 100’s of girls hoping that they’ll get a message back that’s not a bot.
If you can do 1 thing 1 time, you can do that 1 thing multiple times consistently for the rest of your life. You got to put the reps in if you want the muscle, but the consistency is how you win, and you can only be consistent if you have something within you that wants to desperately achieve that goal.
Until Tomorrow,
