Motivation. It’s one of the weirdest most confusing energies on the planet. It’s Biological, it’s Mental, and it’s both affected by feelings and logic.

The question to ask yourself is not “Why am I not motivated to complete this needed task today”, the question you should be asking yourself is “When I’m unmotivated, what is the the smallest, most meaningful action I can take towards my goal”.

For example, if you have a long list of errands to do, what’s the easiest and fastest thing you can do first. You’ll find once you completed it, it becomes a lot easier to do all the others things on your list. Momentum is power.
