I’ve made it my life’s theme to be: “When in Doubt, Find Out”.
I’m a problem solver.
But I have a big bias towards my own problems. I can’t solve those ones. I need outside help to solve those big problems I’m completely blind to. I can’t climb out of my own hole, someone needs to throw me a down a rope.
This is called Rumination, and can lead to severe depression, as you can’t solve your own problems. The very nature of a problem is that you need help from others to figure stuff out for yourself, and if you waste time overthinking it, you’ll dig yourself a deeper hole.
So find out, by asking other people. They’ll feel good because they helped someone who asked and you’ll feel good because you’ll finally get an answer to your biggest problems.
Until Tomorrow,
