Specialists have a problem. They see things through a monocle type lens. They have laser like focus, and if a problem comes their way that they can’t solve by looking through their specialized knowledge, they instantly give up trying to solve it.
Generalists however have Binoculars, with night vision, heat vision and Ai level analytics all rolled into one. They are natural problem solvers because they have a both the breadth and depth of knowledge in multiple areas to help them come up with the creative solutions need for others complicated problems.
This is our advantage as generalists. We can take these unsolved problems, solve them, and market the solution back to the specialists. They’ll eat up. This is basically how the world of software works, and it’s how the world of Ai will continue to work.
Until Tomorrow,
