Write down every Idea You've Ever Had

You won't remember them when you need them if you don't

Ideas come and Ideas go. If we don’t write them down, we’ll lose them forever. There may be a small chance that we will remember one of them later, but if you choose to write them down when inspiration strikes, that habit will server you well for the rest of your life.

This is why most people find Journaling so helpful in their daily lives. It’s almost like a brain dump, it gets all the thoughts that have been swirling around your head all day, it gives them space to grow when it’s recorded as you think back on the ideas and figure out new ways to use that idea. If you don’t do this, the idea swirls around in your head until you just end up forgetting it.

So jot down a note when you think you have a good Idea. It could be something as simple as a voice memo. The medium doesn’t matter, it matters that you just get it down somewhere.

Until Tomorrow,
