Your Limiting Beliefs are All Lies

“The genesis of becoming the person you were born to be is in your mind because wrong thinking will keep you from becoming that person. The reason people don't enjoy meaningful relationships, apply for their dream jobs, try something again after they've failed, or execute their five-year plan is not because they don't have the skills or the potential to succeed; it's because limiting beliefs have thwarted their momentum. These roadblocks are nothing more than lies they've been told or have told themselves.” -Dr. Josh Axe (Think This, Not That)

Limiting Beliefs suck. They get in the way of everything. But they are Lies in the truest sense of the word. If there is nothing stopping you from taking over the world, why would their be something stopping you from going after your dreams?

The only way to overcome those limiting beliefs is to find the small wins. Once you start winning, you’re attitude changes. You believe you can win more and more, until you actually do. You have a big breakthrough or a your “lucky break” finally comes in. I also hate to tell you when you do make it big, people will have even more to say about how you didn’t deserve it and they deserve it more.

It’s always going to be tough, that’s just human nature. But it’s about changing your own nature. Growing and gaining knowledge to the point that you outshine all the rest. Then it’s up to you to help as many people worthy of getting their. It helps ease the pain of what you went through, by seeing others succeed as much as you.
