Your Soft Skills are your Moat
For When Ai comes for your job
People are losing their Jobs left and right. Mass layoffs, economic uncertainty, massive debt, it all seems too much at times. But even given all the hard times we are exposed to, the things that people will remember about you is how kind you were to them, or how interested you seemed in their own well being.
People don’t remember all the bad times you went through together, they remember how you made them feel during that time. It’s one reason why a Bad Boss will live in infamy the rest of one’s life. So work on your Soft Skills (Communication, teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking, adaptability, and leadership) They will benefit you the most when Ai takes over everything that isn’t those skills.
