You're Success is directly related to how big your Goals are
Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.
A fourth grade teacher was assigned a new class for the year, the Principal warned her of a disruptive student, Tommy. On the First day she went around meeting and complimenting all the students, she specifically told Tommy “I heard you were a natural born leader, I’m depending on you to make the class the best it can be for the others. Immediately Tommy’s behavior improved, he excelled in his classwork and working with his classmates.
If all it took was a little confidence in Tommy for him to achieve great things, what does that say about ourselves? Would it be that it wasn’t that we lacked discipline, but just someone to believe in us? That if we tried we could do great things?
All you have to do is make a big enough goal that is attainable but also out of your comfort zone. That’s the sweet spot for true growth. So make a big goal today and try your best everyday to achieve it. You won’t believe how much you won’t recognize yourself in a year.
Until Tomorrow,
